Description:

This patient was bothered by her profile and dorsal hump and the width of her nasal tip on frontal view. She underwent open rhinoplasty with dorsal hump reduction and nasal tip refinement. Very little nasal tip cartilage was removed to achieve the tip narrowing. She now has a smooth nasal bridge with a gentle curve and refinement of her nasal tip.
