Description:

This patient had a dorsal hump and nasal tip ptosis which was accentuated when she smiled. She underwent open rhinoplasty with harvest of her septal cartilage. She had bilateral spreader grafts placed, improved tip support and her nasal tip cartilage were refined. She is here almost one year after her surgery.
