Rhinoplasty Patient 06

Description:

This young college student was seeking a conservative change to her profile and improvement in her nasal tip. She had injured her nose playing high school lacrosse and also was experiencing breathing difficulty. She underwent open septorhinoplasty, spreader grafts to improve her breathing and straighten her nose with rearrangement of her nasal tip cartilage to soften the appearance and lift the nasal tip. She is pictured here approximately 3 months out from surgery and will continue to see thinning out of her nose in the tip.
