Rhinoplasty Patient 07

Description:

This patient was bothered by the excessive width of her nose, dorsal hump and tip ptosis when smiling. She underwent open rhinoplasty with harvest of her septal cartilage. Her nose was narrowed through osteotomies and cartilage thinning in the middle vault of her nose. Her profile was straightened by reducing the dorsal hump and her nasal tip was supported and slightly rotated to address the nasal tip ptosis.
