Rhinoplasty Patient 04

Description:

This patient was bothered by the crooked appearance of her nose, her dorsal hump and droopiness of her nasal tip with smiling. She did not want to change her nose significantly and wanted to maintain as much of its original shape and character. She underwent open septorhinoplasty, spreader graft, and nasal tip reshaping with improved support. She is 2 months out from surgery and will continue see improved refinement of her nasal tip with healing.
