Lower Blepharoplasty Patient 01

Description:

This patient was in her mid 30s and was starting to notice heaviness of her lower eyelids and upper eyelids. She underwent a conservative upper blepharoplasty to remove the excess skin and transconjunctival lower blepharoplasty to remove the fat pockets of the lower eyelid. This resulted in a smoother appearance of the lower eyelid.
