Lower Blepharoplasty Patient 03

Description:

This patient underwent upper blepharoplasty with brow fat pad resuspension and fat transposition of her lower eyelids. The fat pad transposition helped smooth out the transition of the lower eyelid to the cheek. A very conservative skin pinch was performed to remove excess lower eyelid skin.
